ABOUT VIVA CASA
Viva Casa provides nonmedical senior home-management and coordination services designed to help older adults continue living independently, comfortably, safely, and well at home. Our services may include coordinating medical care teams, appointments, caregivers, household services, transportation, groceries, deliveries, home maintenance, technology assistance, vendors, and family communications.
NONMEDICAL SERVICES
Viva Casa is not a medical provider, home healthcare agency, personal-care agency, emergency service, law firm, financial adviser, or licensed clinical practice. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, administer medications, provide nursing services, perform personal care, make medical decisions, or provide emergency assistance. Medical information, diagnoses, treatment instructions, and clinical updates must come from the appropriate licensed healthcare professional. With proper authorization, Viva Casa may help coordinate appointments, schedules, communications, and follow-up with medical providers. If you believe someone is experiencing a medical or safety emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service immediately. Do not rely on this website, email, text messaging, or Viva Casa personnel for emergency assistance.
CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT
Website content provides general information about Viva Casa’s services. The specific services, fees, responsibilities, communication preferences, service schedule, cancellation provisions, and other terms applicable to a client relationship will be contained in a separate written service agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed client service agreement, the client service agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

They remain responsible for their own services, licensing, insurance, conduct, pricing, quality, and compliance with applicable laws. Viva Casa does not guarantee the availability, performance, safety, suitability, or outcome of services provided by a third party.
