Why Viva Casa

It started with one simple question: Who manages everything else?

Living well at home depends on far more than any one service. It requires medical care teams, caregivers, household support, transportation, maintenance, deliveries, and family communication to work together. Yet families are too often left to coordinate it all on their own. Viva Casa was created to fill that gap. We coordinate medical care teams, appointments, caregivers, household services, groceries, transportation, home maintenance, deliveries, vendors, and family updates as one connected plan centered on the older adult’s independence, comfort, and quality of life. While we do not provide medical care ourselves, coordinating and following up with medical care teams is an essential part of how we manage the whole picture—so older adults can continue living well at home and living life on their own terms.

Our Team

Real people. Personal accountability.

Most of the people I work with aren't broken. They're stretched too thin and have been ignoring their own needs for years.

What We Believe

The things that matter most.

Every decision we make is guided by the older adult’s independence, comfort, safety, well-being, and quality of life.

01

Independence comes first

Our role is to provide the coordination and support that help older adults remain at home, maintain control, and continue living life on their own terms.

02

The whole picture matters

Medical care teams, household needs, transportation, appointments, maintenance, and everyday routines are interconnected. We coordinate them as one complete plan.

03

Support should be proactive

We stay ahead of appointments, services, household needs, and potential problems—addressing the details before they become disruptions.

04

Families deserve clarity

We provide consistent communication and nonmedical updates while following up with medical care teams when families need information from them.
