Founder/CEO

William brings a refined blend of leadership, creativity, and operational excellence to DreamCasa. With a dynamic background spanning healthcare, wellness, and customer experience, he has led top-tier heart and vascular institutes, founded a wellness company, and excelled in corporate operations before co-founding DreamCasa alongside Ben Hartman. His commitment to delivering service at the highest standard fuels DreamCasa’s mission. As the principal point of contact for all clients and guests, William ensures every interaction is marked by responsiveness, warmth, and unwavering professionalism.

Ben Hartman

Founder/COO

Ben brings a rich and diverse background to DreamCasa, with experience spanning healthcare business management, luxury retail, and graphic design. This unique blend of operational insight and creative vision informs his meticulous approach to turnover management. Ben oversees all guest turnovers with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring each property is flawlessly prepared to meet the DreamCasa standard of excellence—where comfort, style, and service align seamlessly.

Hashir Hassan

Director of Revenue

Hashir leads revenue management at DreamCasa with a strategic mindset and a commitment to excellence. Drawing on a deep understanding of market trends and performance analytics, he ensures optimal pricing, occupancy, and profitability across the portfolio. His data-driven approach is balanced by a creative eye for opportunity, helping to elevate the guest experience while maximizing value for property owners. Hashir’s leadership ensures that every decision supports DreamCasa’s mission of delivering consistent, high-quality results.

William Gibbs

Founder/President

William has a diverse and extensive professional background. Formerly a healthcare executive with extensive experience running heart and vascular institutes. In 2011 William started his own company, Renuil, a wellness company focussing on the underlying causes precluding people from living a healthy life. Sadly in 2014 William had to close the business and began a short lived employment journey seeking certainty and stability running a customer escalation team at Verizon Wireless. William’s now known allergy to conventional employment prompted him to leave corporate america and start Domain with his fiance, Ben Hartman.

William is thrilled to bring his extensive operational and customer service experience to the home sharing management platform.

Outside business William is passionate about health and fitness, making a difference in people’s lives, performing arts (he’s a recovering actor) and traveling.

Ben has a diverse background ranging from healthcare business management, luxury retail and graphic design.

Ben is excited to start a business with his fiance, William.

Outside of business Ben loves to work out, travel, and the arts.
